So my wife and I have been members maybe 10+ years. The gym and the staff have become progressively worse over the years. It used to be the cleanest and well maintained gym around. They remodeled but still haven't put some basic things back in place....... Small waste baskets and hooks in tanning and massage areas. Remodeling is done and the place is always filthy. Today was the worse. The sanitation bottles and paper towel dispensers throughout the gym were completely empty. So frustrating walking all over the gym trying to find supplies to wipe down the equipment for the next customer. The men's restroom is always dirty. For months there has only been one soap dispenser in the men's bathroom. Today after using the restroom I had to use only water because there is not even a drop of soap in the dispenser. And everybody else coming out also not washing there hands. I used sanitizer at the front desk. Totally unacceptable. I tell the front desk and it's like talking to a wall. Probably gonna have to change gyms if things don't change immediately.

The only reason I'm giving 4 and not 5 stars is cause sometimes they take ages to fix broken equipment and replace the water filter. I definitely think they should have a staff walking around (qualified to help the clients with right movement execution and basic safety tips). Besides that, I love the large space and environment! Lots of options for different workouts. Staff is alright and people training there tend to be nice and friendly. Accessibility is taken into account and the bath/changing room is large and fairly nice.

Customer service is terrible. Everyone is just standing around glued to their phones. The only good employee is Sammy Galdamez. He is fantastic. His positive attitude and work ethic is what keeps me coming back. Their hours are ridiculous. They should be open 24 hours over the weekend, not the middle of the week. Closing at 9 over the weekend is crazy. I really don’t understand.

Just left this place. They keep logging me out of the Internet so I can't play music and I have a black card. The "manager" keeps saying the Internet is slow but it says the connection is good but I'm logged out. 😂 This is what my husband does all day long for a school district so I know they logged me out. Lazy workers and dirty small place.

Canceled me an girlfriends membership since 2015, rude girl at the counter tried to embarrass me stating my measly $10 membership was a day late after being a member 8 years then I was told the club didn't have a Gm to complain to. This club is going down hill from beatup equipment to lazy workers who walk around on their phone all the time. Ditch this place an join the beautiful In shape City on the other side of town where the equipment is way newer an the staff more professional. The workers at Planet fitness talk about workers who were fired to the customers which is also a breach in privacy laws, ditch this place. I dealt with Sammy who was a real jerk who laughed and said the club didn't have a Gm. What a joke of a employee.
